on Wardwell’s technology from USA,

Dratex 1616C/7 16 carrier high speed
braiding machine.
The machine achieves braiding speeds
of 165rpm with a wide range of
products including aluminium, copper,
soft steel and textile yarns and fibres,
and features a Siemens OP3 operator
panel, Siemens S7-200 PLC, electronic
pitch adjustment, optimised lubrication,
rolling ring traverse, integrated payoff
and motor-driven take-up for 800 DIN
reels.
The Dratex 1616C is equipped with all
standard safety features and meets CE
requirements.
The company is planning the
introduction of additional models in the
near future.
