a

lemon,

one

jigger

gin,

one

jigger

Italian

vermouth,

fill

with

fine

ice;

shake

well,

strain into

two

long

bar-glasses,

and

fill

up

with

cold

carbonic

or

seltzer

water.

This

is

a

pleasant

ladies'

drink.

apple

brandy

cider

on
