Plastic pipes from Italy
The G Bedin factory of Bedin Giovanni
& C sas started as a handicraft
business in 1963.
The factory produces plastic pipes
for the building industry, drainage
systems and wells, and also resells
building materials.
The company focuses its attention
on punctual service and quality of its
goods.
Products are available in a range of diameters from 40 to 315mm for the building
series (ivory) and for the reinforced range (orange) (RAL 2003). 110mm diameter
pipe for drainage systems (RAL 8023) features an elastomeric ring.

Erciyas Celik Boru Sanayi AS was
established in 1990 in order to produce
spirally welded steel pipes.
The company demonstrated its
systematic quality approach by
achieving an API 5L monogram user
authorisation and APIQR certificate
in 1999, contributing petroleum and
natural gas pipes to its product line.
As a result, the company has become
one of Turkey’s leading spirally welded
steel pipe producers.
At its factory, which has an annual
manufacturing capacity of 300,000
tons, the company produces pipes for
drinking water, contaminated water,
piling, natural gas and petroleum, with
external diameters from 323.9mm (12")
to 3,048mm (120") and from 4 to 25mm
wall thickness, within the ST-37-API 5L
X-70 material quality intervals.
Erciyas is also able to apply any kind
of internal and external isolation in
compliance with all of the Turkish and
international standards.
The company is still the owner of
certificates TUV ISO 14001, TUV OHSAS
18001, TUV ISO 9001:2000, API 5L,
APIQR, APIQ1 and CE.

in Thailand that uses fully automatic
lines with laser welding technology.
With ISO 9001:2000 certification,
the TGPRO range includes industrial
pipe (ASTM A-312) for chemical and
petrochemical applications, pulp and
paper industry, and condensers in
fossil-fired and nuclear power stations
(OD up to 20").
The company also supplies boiler, super
heater, heat exchanger and condenser
tubes (ASTM A-249), based on a unique
thin-wall stainless steel tube production
technique. General services tube (ASTM
A-269) is provided for various industries.
Due to its fine internal polishing, TGPRO’s
sanitary tube (ASTM A-270) has been
certified by 3-A Sanitary Standard Inc,
USA. Ornamental tube (ASTM A-554)
and decorative sheet (ASTM A-240)
are used for both interior and exterior
decoration.
The company uses various methods and
testing equipment to maintain the quality
of its products, including spectrometer,
hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure test,
flattening test, flaring test (60°), flange
test (90°) and metallurgical microscope.
TGPRO only produces from material
grades 304, 304L and 316L.
