naturally

be

inquired,

this

be

done

the

Exciseman

(whose

duty

it

is

to

prevent

such

imposition)

being

able

to

detect

it.

I

will

propose

a

short

case,

which

I

think

will

fully

explain

why,

there

are

so

few

chances

of

his

doing

so;

and

the

rarity

of

such

detections

is

notorious.
