Regarding the fact that the part of this project runs through Republic of Srpska Entity, the main obstacle is lack of political support of the RS

official representatives, as well as lack of primary gas legislation at the state level in accordance with the Third Energy Package. Also,existing

natural gas market is not able to cover assessed project cost related to preliminary activities.
