Stir, strain into a cocktail glass

Use a mixing glass, half fill with
cracked ice.
I dash of gum syrup.
I dash of Aromatic bitters.
§ drink of Italian vermouth.
I drink of whiskey.
Stir, strain into a cocktail glass,
twist lemon peel on top and serve.
(Add cherry or olive if desired).
