Stir, strain into cocktail glass and

MERRY WIDOW COCKTAIL.

A mi.xing glass half full of cracked

2 dashes Benedictine.

1 dash Peychaud bitters.

2 dashes absinthe.

J drink French vermouth.

J drink of dry gin.

Stir, strain into a cocktail glass,

twist lemon peel over top and serve.

NEW ENGLAND COCKTAIL.

Use a mixing glass.

I dash of lemon juice.

I dash of Aromatic bitters.

J drink of Italian vermouth.

I drink of whiskey,

jglass of cracked ice.

Stir, strain into a whiskey glass

containing a small piece of ice, and

serve.
