I pint of orange juice:
Strain all the above, add
J pint of strawberry syrup.
I pint of raspberry syrup,
jpint of Maraschino,
jpint of Benedictine.
1 glass of Aromatic bitters.
Stir well, add,
12 quarts of claret wine.
6 quarts of champagne;
3 quarts of whiskey.
Stir, add, just before using,
2 quarts of carbonated water.
Serve from punch bowl with block
of ice in center; add sliced fruit.

I pint of lemon juice.
8 pounds of loaf sugar, dis
solved in
12 quarts of water.
Strain all the above and add
I pint of strawberry syrup.
I pint of pineapple syrup.
i pint of Maraschino.
12 quarts of Rhine or cham
pagne wine.
4 quarts Tokay wine.
3 quarts of whiskey or brandy:
1 quart of New England rum.
Stir well, and add
2 quarts of carbonated water.
Put a block of ice in punch bowl,
fill up with.the punch;serve in punch
caps with fruit.
