Cocktail, Cincinnati.
(Use large bar glass.)
glass of beer; Vfe
glass of soda or ginger ale. This is a particularly
palatable drink for warm weather.
Cocktail, Clover Club.
Fill large bar glass % full fine ice; % pony
raspberry syrup; y, jigger dry gin; 1/2 jigger
French vermouth; white of 1 egg. Shake well;
strain into cocktail glass and serve.
Cocktail, Coronation.
(Use mixing glass.) Fill half with cracked ice;
2 dashes Maraschino; 3 dashes orange bitters; 1
pony French vermouth; 1 gill dry sherry. Stir
well, strain into cocktail glass, add olive and
twist lemon peel on top.
Cocktail, Du Barry.
One dash boonekamp bitters; 2 dashes absinthe;
2 dashes gum syrup; 1 pony French vermouth;
1 pony of dry gin, ice. Serve in cocktail glass
with % slice of orange.
Cocktail, Dubonnet.
Fill mixing glass with cracked ice; one half
Dubonnet; one half sherry; slice of orange. Shake
well and frappe.
Cocktail, Dixie.
Add to a plain whiskey cocktail: 1 dash Cur-
acoa; 6 drops creme de menthe. ,
Cocktail, Gin.
(A large bar glass.) 2 or 3 dashes of gum
syrup; 2 dashes of Angostura bitters; 1 wine-
