Existing Lease / Amendment
CareFirst is currently under lease at the Building(s) or Project, the “Existing Lease” as amended from time to
time. Landlord understands that CareFirst herein proposes certain terms and conditions to be consistent with
those offered by other alternatives in the market, but shall look to the Existing Lease to finalize, or otherwise
amend, the terms for an extension of the Existing Lease.
Landlord Response: Understood

Miscellaneous
Please confirm that the new lease or extension amendment will address the following issues: (i) set-off and
self-help rights for CareFirst and (ii) representations and warranties regarding local and federal regulations,
ADA, mold and general environmental matters.
Landlord Response: The above referenced issues are addressed in the current Lease documents.
* Landlord shall have the right to withdraw this proposal at any time.
