1 spoon
Lemon
1 spoon Sugar Syrup
1 spoon
Stir all well with ice and strain into highball glass. Fill with shaved ice,
place Maraschino cherry on top and serve with straws.
BRANDY COOLER

V/i jiggers Ginger Ale
to fill
Place twisted lemon peel in goblet, add cracked ice and brandy. Stir well,
add ginger ale to fill and serve with straws.
BRANDY PUNCH
Brandy
1 jigger Curacoa
1 dash
Rum
1 dash Lemon
1 spoon
Sugar Syrup
1 spoon Seltzer
to fill
Stir all, but rum, well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked ice,
seltzer to fill, dash rum over, decorate and serve with straws.

Seltzer

Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add lump of ice,
seltzer to fill and serve with straws.

Stir well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add lump of ice,
ginger ale to fill and serve -with straws.
