Feldenkrais
The Feldenkrais Methodis a science-based neuro-muscular
retraining which uses the natural plasticity of the brain to offer
natural healing from stress, injury, or inefficient body use. This
is done using specific, gentle, slow movement sequences to
increase awareness of movement.

Overcome the fear of falling and live a stronger, healthier, and
more independent life by participating in the Moving for Better
Balance program. The focus is on preventing falls through the
regular practice of T’ai Chi, which addresses the multiple dimen-
sions of balance and reduces the likelihood of falling.

Yogalates: Yoga + Pilates
Yogalates fuses principles of core stability with the foundation
of yoga. This class will combine exercises to strengthen the
core working with all the muscles that surround it as well as
yoga postures. Yoga stretches and poses will be included to
build strength, flexibility and balance – modifications will be
made for individuals as necessary. This flow style class will link
breath with movement. Class is suitable for all levels, beginners
welcome. Class limited to 12.
Kyle Greenberg received her 200-hour Yoga Certification from
Yoga Haven in Tuckhaoe, N.Y.; her 60 hour Advanced Teacher
Training from OM Yoga in New York, NY; and her Pilates Mat
from Jonathan Urla, Yoga Therapy.

Beyond Beginner Bridge
We’ll teach you the rules of the game and the basics of bidding,
play and defense. Class time will include practice of bidding and
playing. For those who took the Fall or Winter Beginner Bridge
class or who have prior experience.
Joel Negrin is an experienced bridge player and teacher and has
won numerous tournaments in the NY area. He is a practicing
attorney and taught business law at the college level.
