Rechithanikuttitham
Right hand will be held straight
horizontally. The left hand will be in
Dola hasta.
The right hand will be raised
and with the heels stamping the floor.
30.
Padapaviddhaka
Both hands in
katakamukha mudra
are placed in front of the nabhi. The palms
of the hands are turned upwards. The feet
are in
Sucipada
with heels raised and the
feet resting on the first toe.
31.
Valitham
One hand is held straight and feet
are in Suci posture i.e., with the heels
raised. The hips are turned back. The hands
are in
Sucimukha
and
Hasta.
32.
Khoornitha
The left is in Dola hasta and the
right hand is rotated in a circular manner.
The feet are crossed over one another and
then drawn away from
Svasthika.
33.
Nupuram
The hips should be turned in a
graceful manner, one foot should stamp
the floor with the base of the leg with toe
raised forward. The hands must be in
Lata hastha
and rechita movement.
34.
Bhujangatrasitham
One leg in
Kunchitapada
is thrown
up. At the same time one thigh is moved
obliquely along with the hips and knees.
Both the hands are stretched to the left side
in
katakamukha.
Afterwards the right hand
is in Dola hastha pointing downwards.
35.
Dandapaksham
One leg is raised upto the knee and
the hand is placed on the leg. The other leg
is bent.
36.
Lalitha
Left hand is in
Karihastha mudra,
i.e.,
Pataka mudra
held near the ears. Right
hand is elongated and let downwards. One
leg is stretched forward and stamps with
the heels rhythmically. The body should
move in a graceful manner.
37. Vaisakharechitham
Hands and feet should be moved
circularly. Hip and neck should also be
moved in a circular way. The posture
should be
Vai sakhasthana
with the legs,
apart with the thigh bent in a triangular
manner.
38. Bhramaraka
Feet are crossed and then separated
with both the hands moving in a shaky way.
The hips will be turned round just like the
movement of the bee.
39. Chathura
The left hand is in
Alapallava
mudra
and the right hand is in Chathur-
hastha. The right leg is stretched forward
and the heel stamps the floor forcefully.
The right foot is moved up and down.
40. Bhujanganchitha
The right foot is held in
Bhujan-
gatrasitha chari.
The right'leg is folded
and raised. The right hand is stretched
downwards and left hand stretched up-
wards.
44. Lathavrischika
One leg is raised and bent back-
ward like a scorpion tail. Left hand is
held like a leaf.
43. Katibhrantha
The right leg is folded, raised and
stamp the floor. The hip is turned as in
Rechitha posture, i.e., turned sideways. Left
foot is in
Suci pada.
The hands are held in
Chatura hasta.
