pony of absinthe.

Let it stand for about two minutes. Fill your glass up with

water slowly, by letting the water drip; remove the ice, and serve.

A large glass with a good portion of imported Seltzer,

a spoonful of sugar ; mix this;

a glass of Moselle wine; mix this;

fill up with ice,

dash of port wine.

Ornament the top with fruits in season.

Divide a pint of dry champagne frappe in

Stir up well before serving.
