Shake, strain into water goblet filled with fine

ice. Dress with fruit.

Fish House Punch

Juice of 4 dozen lemons.

10 pounds granulat ed sugar.

1 pint curai;;ao.

pint Jaimaica rum.

1 pint benedictine.

quart peach brandy.

quarts bourbon.

Put aibove ingredients in a J1lg (not sealed)

for about

days.

Shake occasionally.

Strain through cheesecloth and serve in

punch bowl.

Add 2 quarts cider.

1 quart of sparkling water to about 3 quarts

of the punch.

Harding Punch

2 Gallons

1 quart St. Croix rum.

1 quart brandy.

1 quart imp·orted champagne.

quart arrack.

1 quatit pea·ch. brandy.

Hot Claret Punch

Irish Whiskey Punch
