S'hake, strain into goblet filled with crushed

ice and dress with fruit.

Cream Punch

barspoonful of granulated sugar.

Shake, strain into punch glass.

Creole Punch

shot French clareit.

2 dashes apricot brandy.

2 dashes Jamaica rum.

Crushed ice into goblet. Dress with fruit.

Wihen served hot, add spices and lemon peel

and serve in silver pitcher.

Curacao Punch
