Take highball glass into which put

2 dashes celery bitters.
A lit<tle salt. Stir well with spoon and serve.
Tom and Jerry
Uise Large Bowl
Take the whites of any number of eggs and
beat to a stiff froth.
Add

·barspoons of sugar to each egg.
Beat the yolks of the eggs separate. Stir well
to gether and beat tiH you have a stiff batter.
Add to this as much •bicarbonate of soda as
will •cover a nkkel. Stir up frequently, so
that eggs will not separaote or settle.
T•o serve: Put

ta'blespoonful of batter into
Tom and Jerry mug.

shot rum and brandy mixed.
Fill up with 1boiling water or mak; grate nut–
meg on top, stir with spoon and serve.

Juice of

with ginger ale or seltzer.
