ESTATE DUTY OFFICE

Members please note that it has been decided

that the location of the Estate Duty Office be

moved to the new building at 72-76 St. Stephen's

Green. The exact date of moving is not yet certain

but it should be sometime before the end of 1967.

LAND REGISTRY

We are informed by

the Registrar of Titles

that no document on paper larger than foolscap

size is now issued from the Land Registry.

In the July issue of the

Gazette

under the

heading "Restriction Clauses in Contracts" refer–

ence was made to Section 15 of the Registration

of Title Act, 1942, the reference should have been

to Section 115 of the 1964 Act.

SOCIETY'S LIBRARY

Members please note that in future the library

will be open only from 10.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m.

and from 2.45 p.m. to 5 p.m. These restrictive

hours are necessitated by alterations in the use of

the Society's premises. Lectures for students will

be conducted in the library in future and strict

adherence by members to the hours specified is

essential.

Mr. Justice Kenny sitting as Bankruptcy Judge

on 17th July 1967 directed that on taxation of
