The final paycheck will be paid through direct deposit or mailed certified, return receipt to the associate’s last
home address on file.
Some performance incentive plans require that associates be employed the day bonuses are paid in order
to receive the bonus, subject to applicable law. Contact Human Resources or your manager for questions
regarding your specific incentive plan.
Filing U-5 Forms
In keeping with the requirements of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a U-5 form will
be completed for all registered associates upon termination of employment and filed with FINRA. A copy of
the U-5 form will be mailed to the former associate.
