This section looks at all calls without considering their priorities. In addition to examining the

differences in response times by both time of day and season (summer versus winter), we show

differences in response times by category.

Observations:

Average response times varied significantly by hour of day.

In February, the longest response times were between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., with an

average of 27.5 minutes.

In February, the shortest response times were between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., with an

average of 5.8 minutes.

In August, the longest response times were between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., with an

average of 35.6 minutes.

In August, the shortest response times were between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., with an

average of 10.0 minutes.
