A 90th percentile value of 45 minutes means that 90 percent of all calls are responded to in fewer than 45

minutes. For this reason, the columns for dispatch delay and travel time may not be equal to the total response

time.

Observations:

In February, the 90th percentile value for response time was as short as 19 minutes (for

medical) and as long as 122 minutes (for assist).

In August, the 90th percentile value for response time was as short as 38 minutes (for

investigations) and as long as 157 minutes (for arrest).
