Observations:

In February, the average response time for most categories was between 15 minutes and

22 minutes.

In February, the average response time was as short as 10 minutes (for medical) and as long

as 24 minutes (for general noncriminal).

In August, the average response time for most categories was between 15 minutes and

30 minutes.

In August, the average response time was as short as 15 minutes (for agency assist) and as

long as 35 minutes (for arrest).

The average response time for crime calls was 22 minutes in February and 26 minutes in

August.
