1 white Seltzer

to fill

Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, seltzer

to fill and serve with straws.

Sweet-Sour

2 spoons Plain Soda

to fill

Shake well with ice, and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice,'

plain soda to fill and serve.

EXPORT CASSIS

Fr. Vermouth 1 jigger Cassis

to fill

Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, soda

to fill and serve.

FIX

Stir well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add lump of ice,

seltzer to fill, decorate and serve with straws.
