The portfolio contains technical assistance
by professional specialists who speak the
languages of the customers, the reliable
supply with original Nieho wear parts
and spare parts, machinery inspection,
refurbishment
and
maintenance
measures as well as machine operator and
maintenance training courses.
Nieho will present the following
equipment:
•
Multiwire drawing line MMH 104
+ RMA 201 for wires made from
aluminium and aluminium alloys
•
Rotary braiding machine BMI 124
•
Inductive annealer RI 120
•
Cable stranding line ARD 630 D + ALB
600 + D 801
•
Double twist bunching line D 632 +
ARP 630
On the upper oor of the booth Nieho
will present the Nieho Original and
after sales. A co-exhibitor at the booth
will be H Folke Sandelin AB (HFSAB),
which specialises in lead extrusion and
cable stripping equipment with the latest
generation of the CRRS (cable repair and
recovery system).
Multiwire drawing line MMH 104 + RMA
201 for wires made from aluminium
and aluminium alloys: The MMH 104 +
RMA 201 type multiwire drawing line is
designed for the simultaneous drawing of
eight or 16 aluminium or aluminium alloy
wires to a minimum nal diameter of 0.15
to 0.60mm with inline annealing and can
work with a maximum speed of 36m/s.
Rotary braiding machine BMI 124: The
new 24-carrier lever arm rotary braiding
machine BMI 124 is characterised by
several engineering details that reduce
cable deformation and optimise braiding
quality. The machine is designed for cables
up to 40mm diameter. Like the four other
models of the BMV series designed for
12, 16 or 24 spools in vertical operation,
the BMI 124 features an in nitely variable
electronic control of line speed and
braiding pitch as well as an automatic
central lubrication system.
Inductive annealer RI 120: The continuous
inductive annealer type RI 120, like the
other models of the RI series, is designed
for the production of wires with low
electric and thermal conductivity. These
are brass, bronze, German silver, nickel
and nickel alloys. They can also be used
for heating conductors, resistance and
compound wires. The annealers work
on the principle of an excitation voltage
transformer. This principle and the fast
cooling of the wire enable a ne-grained
structure, giving the wire excellent
processing and forming properties. RI
type annealers can be integrated in rolling
lines, drawing lines and combined lines for
round, at and pro led wires.
Cable stranding line ARD 630 D + ALB
600 + D 801: The D 801 type double
twist bunching machine is designed for
the production of insulated wires with a
cable diameter of 7.5mm. The machine
on display is combined with an ARD 630
D type double twist backtwist pay-o and
an ALB 600 type longitudinal tape pay-o .
The ARD 630 D is capable of generating
back twist ratios from 0%–100%, or
even higher if required. Optionally the
double twist back twist pay-o s can be
used to enable a triple twist stranding
process which is characterised by an
increased stranding speed and production
capacity as well as a further reduction of
production costs.
Double twist bunching line D 632 +
ARP 630: The Nieho D 632 type double
twist bunching machine is the successor
of the well-known and established D
631 model. The D 632 is characterised
by an energy-class IE3 energy-saving
rotor drive and an adjustable fan drive
in the sound proof cabin. The operation
panel has a new coloured NMI (Nieho
Machine Interface) display with simpli ed
navigation structure. By means of further
engineering
measures
Nieho
also
succeeded to extend the maintenance
intervals. The D 632 is designed to
produce strands with 0.09 to 6mm² cross
section and a steplessly variable lay length
of 6 to 100mm. The maximum number
of twists is 6,500 twists/min, and the
maximum linear speed is 300m/min.
The new ARP type pay-o completes the
portfolio for the production of strands.
By clamping the spool with the help of
pintles spool loading becomes fast and
easy. Spools with various bore diameters
can be used, and as an option particular
spool lifting tables are available.
