Features
have
been
designed
for
operational e ciency. The new MDC30
straightening
and
cutting
machine
incorporates four motors, and the cutting
device is moved via a servomotor.
As with all Ravni Technologies machine
models, the new MDC30 is tted with a
fast tool changer. The preset straightening
tools save time and waste of wire at every
diameter change.
The rst feeding module also includes
wire lubrication. The unused lubricant is
recycled thanks to a fully integrated device.
This enables the straightening operation to
become easier, the wire’s surface to avoid
scratches and also increases the lifetime of
the machine’s tooling.
The range is completed with customised
straightening and cutting machines such
as:
•
MDCxx-CH combined straight/cut/
chamfering (or deburring) machines
•
MDCxx-TG combined straight/groove
machining/cut machines
•
MDCxx-TT combined straight/cut-
chamfer by orbital tools
•
MDCxx-P pro le straight/cut machines
