orientated for the automotive sector.
AIM machines are used to manufacture wire forms
for seating, door linkages, hood props, battery
assemblies, jack components, tire carriers, hood
visors, wiper blade arms, float rods for fuel cells,
muffler hangers, snap rings in air bags, striker
latches, head rests, aftermarket grills and other
components and accessories.
AIM offers in line modular and external accessories
to complement the forming aspect for a complete
automated turnkey cell.
Cold heading units, in-line drilling, in-line press,
in-line chamfering/profiling, threading and welding
can be used to achieve JIT manufacturing.
AIM is also an authorised integrator for FANUC
Robotics to incorporate pick and place, hi-
resolution vision check and current equipment
with AIM machinery.

Delisi wire straightening and cutting
machines can be equipped with
either mechanical cut or with flying
shear cut, and with a spinner or rolls
straightening system.
Delisi wire straightening and cutting
machines are used in many wire
applications for the automotive
sector, and for many other appli-
cations such as wire mesh and
welding electrodes.
A feature of Delisi machines is the
rapid change of diameter. In the
spinner there is a pre-regulated
unit of straightening jaws, so, when
necessary to change diameter, the
operator needs only replace the
pre-regulated set of straightening
jaws with another. These spinners
do not damage the wire and ensure
waste-free production at any time.
