BAKED SLICE OF HAM
One slice premium ham, one and one-half inches
to two inches thick. One teaspoon dry mustard,
one quarter cup brown sugar, three quarters cup
milk.
Combine mustard and sugar and rub over the surface of the
ham. Put it in a casserole or baking dish, pour the milk over
it, cover and bake it in quite a hot oven for 25 minutes.
