Use
a
fancy
stem
glass.
Pour
a
small
quantity
of
wine
into
the
glass
to
prevent
the
egg
from
sticking
to
the
glass
;
then
break
a fresh
egg
into
the
glass,
place
the
glass
on
the
bar,
and
fill
it
with
sherry
wine,
and
serve.
For
a
person
who
is
run
down,
or
threat-
ened
with
nervous
debility,
there
is
no
decoc-
tion
so
far
discovered
which
can
equal
it
as
a
stimulant,
it
being
one
of
the
instances
when
it
is
quality
not
quantity
that
