Half
fill
the
glass
with
fine
ice,
fill
up
with
milk,
shake
well,
strain
into
a
large
bar
glass,
grate
a
little
nutmeg
on
top,
and
serve
with
straws.
This
punch
is
unsurpassed
in
flavor
if
the
best
of
liquors
and
rich
milk
are
used,
and
should
be
served
very
cold.

COCKTAIL.
Use
a
mixing
glass.
Half
fill
with
fine
ice.

gum
syrup.

dashes
of
orange
bitters.

benedictine.
