Wafios, a worldwide company for wire
and tube, this year presents machines
from its spring coiling programme at
the fair in Shanghai.
Among the exhibits is the FUL 75,
a CNC spring coiling machine for
the production of compression and
tension springs.
It is equipped with a multi-cut system
and the new PTP coiling finger for
controlling the initial tension at the
spring body.
The Wafios coiling, winding and
bending machine FMU 2.2 is a true
all-round machine.
It can be used for the production of
simple and highly complicated
torsion springs and bent parts,
double-torsion springs with external
and internal spring bodies or extended
loop springs also with a tight coiling
ratio.

公司，今年在上海展会上展出了弹簧盘
卷机械。
其它的参展产品有：FUL 75，一种用于
压力弹簧和张力弹簧生产的计算机控制
弹簧盘卷机械，本机配备多切削系统，

Wafios 的FMU 2.2盘卷、缠绕和弯曲设

belt wrap capstans, linear belt

accumulation systems.
In addition, detailed information and
video presentations will be available
covering the Inductoweld and
Gatweld continuous seam welded
sheathing systems for coaxial cables,
RF cables, optical fibre cables and
power cables.
The Inductoweld system features the
use of high frequency induction
welding technology while the Gatweld
system uses a TIG (GTAW) welding
process to produce longitudinally
seam welded smooth and corrugated
metal tape sheath constructions.
