MILK PUNCH
Use large bar glass half full of ice.
1 tablespoon fine sugar,
jigger Cognac Brandy,
jigger rum.
Fill up with milk; shake well; strain into
tall thin glass; grate nutmeg on top, and
serve.
Angostura Milk Punch is made as the fore
going with 2 dashes Dr. Siegert a Genuine
Anijostura Bitters on top.
MILK PUNCH (HOT)
Prepare this punch same as milk punch,
using hot milk and omit ice.
MILK SHAKE
Use large bar glass half full of ice.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 fresh egg.
Fill up with milk; shake well, and strain
