strawberries
with

rasp-
berries
and
strain
the
juice
through
a
hair
sieve.
Make
a
syrup
with
2
large
cupfuls
of
sugar
and
1
]/2
cups
of
water.
Mix
with
the
juice
and
syrup
a
large
glass
of
sweet
port
wine
and
keep
on
ice
for
several
hours.
Serve
in
small
glasses
with
macaroons
or
lady
fingers.

Boil
for

minutes
1 qt.
of
water
and
1
lb.
of
sugar.
Add
grated
rinds
of
2
lemons
and
4
oranges
and
continue
boiling
for
5
minutes.
Strain
and
add
1
qt.
cold
water.
Extract
the
juice
from
the
lemons
and
oranges,
strain
and
mix
with
1
lb.
of
seeded
Malaga
grapes,
2
sliced
tangerine
oranges,
4
slices
pineapple,
contents
of
1 pt.
bottle
of
maraschino
cherries.
Serve
from
a
punch
bowl
in
which
a
cube
of
ice
has
been
placed.
