coffee

fresh

every time

you

want

to

use

it.

Put

the

mixture

into

the

farina

boiler;

when

very

hot

add

the

coffee,

stir

well,

cover

the

boiler,

let

it

draw

for

10

minutes,

stir

again,

take

off

the

fire

and

set

in

a

warm

place

to

settle,

then

pour

off

the

clear

part.

Cook

rest

of

the

cream,

add

the

coffee

and

sugar,

dissolve

it,

strain

through

fine

muslin,

cool

and

freeze.

May

also

be

served

with

whipped

cream.

Make

an

ordinary

lemon

water

rich in

and

and

sweet;

then
