Purpose
The Residential Transition District accommodates a range of housing choices within proximity to Town
Center amenities such as parks, historic sites, and commercial areas. This district allows moderate
residential densities in order to provide a transition between the Aviation Parkway corridor and the
Residential Neighborhood Preservation District.
