Port Negus Punch.
Fill a stew paa with following ingredients:

3 pieces of sugar
A few dashes of any liqueur
5 cloves
1 wine glass of Portwine
Half a wine glass of Cognac Brandy.
Let boil and serve in a tumbler, add some
grated nutmeg on top.
No. 165.
Rum Punch.
Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add:
1 fablespoonful of plain syrup or Curacao
The juice of half a lemon
1 wine glass of Jamaica Rum.
Shake well and strain into a tumbler, add
cold soda water.
