George Cocktail.

Mixing-glas~

half-full fine ice, th ree dash es pep–

sin bitters-, one ji gger Tom gin. Mix and strain

into cocktail-glass. Add a piece of twisted lemon–

peel.

Holland Gin Cocktail.

Mixing-glass half-full fine ice, two dashes An–

gostura bitters or P eyschaud bitters, t wo dash es

gum-syrup, one jigger H olland gin. Mi x; strain

into a cocktail-glass. .Add a piece of t wisted

lemon-peel or a maraschino cherry .

Old-Fashioned Holland Gin Cocktail.

Crush a small lump of sugar in a whi skey-glass

containing a little water, add a lump of ice, two

dashes of Angostura bitters, a small piece of lemon

peel, one jigger Holland gin. Mix w ith small

bar-spoon. Ser ve.

Holland House Cocktail.

Mixing-glass half-full fine ice, two dash es

P eyschaud bitters, one-half pony E au de V ie

d ' Oranges, one and a half pony old rye whi skey, a

piece lemon-peel. Mix . Moisten th e edge of cock–

tail-glass with lemon, dip in sugar. Strain the

cocktail into the prepared glass.
