to

the boil–

i n g poin t ; mix well. Serve in a mug , add a slice

of lemon .

Hot Milk Punch.

Put into

a

long thin punch-glass one tablespoon–

ful fin e s ugar, h a lf a ji gger brandy, half a jigger St.

Croix mm, fi ll with hot mi lk; mix and grate a

li ttle nut m eg on top.

Scotch~

D issolve one lump of cut-loaf sugar with a little

h ot w a ter in a hot-drink g lass, add one jigger

Scotch whi sk ey and a small piece 1emon°peel,

fill

wi th boiling water; mix, g rate a little nutmeg on

top.

Hot Scotch Punch.

Prepare same a s Hot Brandy Punch, substituting

Scotch whiskey for br andy.

Hot Whiskey Sling

One lump of sugar in a hot-drink glass half-full

boiling water, add one jigger of wpiskey, a small

piece lemon-peel; mix and grate a little nutmeg

on

top.
