Use large ba r glass.

Use ale glass.

Sprinkle top with nutmeg; lay

Use medium size mixing glass.

Shake; strain into small, thin glass;

serve with nutmeg on top.

Flip, Claret.

Use mixing glass.

Shake very hard; strain in to a punch

glass ; serve with nutmeg on top.

Flip, Gin.

Prepa re

in

the same ma nner as for

brandy, substituting Holla nd gin for

brandy.

Flip, Port Wine.

Use mixing glass.
