DUCHESS.

33^% French Vermouth.

33J% Italian Vermouth.

33^% Absinthe.

Mix and strain into cocktail glass.

DUKE.

50% Drambuie.

25% Sweet Orange Juice.

25% Sweet Lemon Juice.

1 Egg-

Serve in a medium size glass and dash with champagne.

DUNLOP.

66f% Jamaica Rum.

33^% Sherry.

1 dash Angostura Bitters.

Use mixing glass.

DUFFY (6 Glasses).

Pour glasses of Whisky into a large glass and

soak in this a few cloves. Add 5 or 6 drops of

Orange Bitters, and lastly put in IJ glasses of

Curagao.

Place the lot in the shaker. Shake and serve.

DURBAN.

25% Caperatif.

25% Brandy.

25% Apricot Brandy.

25% Martini Vermouth.

1 dash Orange Bitters.

Use mixing glass.

DUTCHY.

2 dashes Angostura.

2 dashes Curafao.

Juice half a Lemon.

Shake. Add Bourbon. Mix.
