ist ein von Amerikanern bevorzugtes Erfrischungs
getränk und hat sich dasselbe auch in der Csl. Rep. gut
eingeführt. Man serviere stets nur in Highball
glas (siehe Abbildung).
BRANDY.
Lege reines klares Eis in ein Highballglas, 1 grösse-
res Stück Citronenschale, 1 Glas Cognac, fülle mit
Siphon auf und rühre mit Löffel um und lasse Löffel
im Glas.
GIN.
Lege reines klares Eis in ein Highballglas, 1 grösse-
res Stück Citronenschale, 1 Glas Gin (siehe Inserate,
wo Gin erhältlich), fülle mit Siphon auf und rühre mit
Löffel um und lasse Löffel im Glas.
WHISKY.
Lege reines klares Eis in ein Highballglas 1 grösse-
res Stück Citronenschale, 1 Glas Whisky, fülle mit
Siphon auf und rühre mit Löffel um und lasse Löffel
im Glas,
