TROCADERO COCKTAIL

as served at thc Trocadero Bremen by A, T, Nei-

rath, 1910.

In Barglas with Ice add: 1 dash Grenadine, V2 a

cocktailgl. french Vermouth, ^/2 a cocktailgl. italian

Vermouth, 2 dash Orange Bitters, strain in cocktail-

glass, place Cherry in it and press oil of Lemon peel

on top.

SPECIAL CUP LEMONADE.

3—4 lumps of ice, 1 Lg. Raspery Syrup, 1 Lg.

Grenadine, 1 Lg. Pineapple Syrup, Juice of V2a Le

mon, 1 Shgl. Peach Cup, mixed in a Fizz or Lemo-

nade glass and filied up with Selters, serve with

straws and decorate with slice of orange.

TEMPTATION FLIP.

In Shaker with Ice add; 1 fresh Egg, 1 Lg. Creme

de cacao, 1 Lg. fresh cream, 1 Mocca cup füll of

Mocca, shake well, strain into Flipglass and grate

Nutmeg on top.

In a fine wine glass filied ^ with shaved ice add

2 d liquid Sugar, Juice of ^'2 a lemon, 4 d Straw-

berry Syrup, 1 Lg. orange curacao, ^/o Lg. Jamaica

Rum, stirr and dress with fruits in season.

In a barglass with fine Ice add: 2 d Curacao, 1 d

Absinthe, 1 d Benedictine, stirr, strain into Champ.

Cocktailglass, fill with iced Champagne place cherry

into glass and press oil of Lemonpeel on top.
