The white of an egg to each 6 cocktails.
Peel a large cucumber. Cut
it crosswise into hunks about the
size of a beaten biscuit. Scoop
out the center. Crisp the cucum–
ber in iced salt water. Then fill
the centers with a mixture of
minced celery, grated American
cheese and tabasco sauce.
