1 part fresh lime juice
Sugar to taste

dash Angostura bitters.
Take some pate de foies
gras, or good liverwurst. Chop
up some truffles, a few capers
and mix with the pate. Toast
some rounds of bread, spread
with this mixture and garnish
with a small truffle.
