1 part gin
Yii part raspberry syrup
Yii part French Vermouth
Yii part lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters.
Chop very fine some green
pepper, a slice of Spanish onion
and a few roasted nuts of some
sort--almonds taste best-blend
this into old-fashioned cottage
cheese softened with a little
cream or olive oil. Fill a bowl
with this. Provide plenty of
rye-crisp, and let the guests
spread their own canapes.
