CHAMPAGNE CUP
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 jigger of Maraschino
1
jigger of brandy
2 slices of orange
2 slices of lemon
A piece of cucumber rind
Stir these together in a pitcher contain–
ing several large pieces of ice. Then
add:
1 quart of Champagne
1 bottle of Apollinaris water.
BURGUNDY CUP
Burgundy cup is made exactly the
same as Champagne Cup, substituting
Burgundy for Champagne.
