del tequila. En Jalisco se encuentra la cuna de este licor. Un mexicano
sabe que un tequila no es tequila si no está elaborado con auténtico
jugo de agave nacional. Un autóctono de la localidad de Tequila o sus
adyacentes, además, es consciente de que nadie lo elaborará como
ellos. Distintas empresas organizan una ruta rural por los mejores
talleres artesanales del producto. Desde cómo se recolecta la piña
hasta el embotellado, ahí va un poco de tradición para tomar de un
solo trago.

Jalisco invention. A Mexican knows that tequila isn’t the real thing
unless it has been made from the fruit of the agave plant. Natives
