the former Romanian ballet dancer,
Juliu Horvath, to offer a balanced
conditioning exercise that strengthens
and lengthens the muscles and spine,
while helping to repair muscle injuries.
These exercises are performed on a
specially designed Pulley Tower and
exercise bench that are fully adjustable
and can meet the needs of many
people with varying body types and
levels of strength.
