GIN CRTJSTA.
Prepared in the same manner as
the Brandy Crusta, using gin in place
of brandy.
BRANBY AND CURACOA.
Use-pony glass.
J glass curacoa;
J glass brandy.
Each separate and servei
BRANDY FLOAT.
Fill a champagne glass two-thirds
full of carbonated water; then float
a pony glass of brandy on top. Use a
spoon to float the brandy.
(Other liquors can be served in
the same manner.)
BRANDY AND GUM.
• Put a piece of ice in a whiskey
glass; one or two dashes of gum
syrup; place a bar spoon in the glass,
and hand bottle of brandy to the
customer to help himself.
(You can serve almost any kind
of liquor desired in the same man
ner).
BRANDY SCAFFA.
Use pousse cafe glass;
i glass raspberry syrup;
i glass Maraschino.
J glass Chartreuse (green);
J glass brandy on top.
Each separate and serve.
