BICARBONATE OF SODA.
Put into a medium size glass of
carbonated water one-half teaspoon-
ful.ofbicarbonate of soda, stir and
serve.
BISHOP.
Use a large bar glass.
I teaspoonful of sugar.
I slice of lemon.
I teaspoonful of Jamaica rum.
J glass of fine ice.
Fill glass with claret or red bur
gundy, shake well, strain into small
goblet and serve.
BLACK STRIPE.
'Take a whiskey glass; pour enough
Jamaica rum to cover bottom of
glass; then add one tablespoonful of
molasses; hand bottle, glass and rum
to customer, allowing him to help
himself.
BLUE BLAZER.
Use silver mugs with handles.
Fill mug three-quarters full of
boiling water.
I spoonful of sugar, dissolve.
I drink of Scotch whiskey.
