Coffee Cocktail.

(Use large barglass.) •

Fill two thirds full ice.

I spoonful sugar.

1 egg.

yi jigger sherry,

jigger port.

Shake thoroughly,and strain,with nutmeg on top.

Trilby Cocktail.

(Use medium-size glass.)

Fill with shaved ice.

2 dashes raspberry syrup.

yi jigger vermouth.

yz fine brandy.

1 dash orange bitters.

Stir well, and strain into tall, fancy glass, with

fruit in season.

Soda Cocktail.

(Use large soda-glass.)

Take i barspoonful sugar.

2 dashes Boker's or Angostura bitters.

3lumps ice (not fine).

I bottle soda plain (or lemon).

Serve in same glass, with spoon.

St. Petersburg Cocktail.-

Fill glass with fine ice, using medium-size thin

glass or goblet; then empty out ice ; now fill with
